The thermal predictions looked good(ish) for today, but only for a small window period of about two hours. We hauled the planes out to 26 and started with winch launches. Most reported back a few bubbles, but nothing much. The sky started to look better… more »

Another day in the sun, but with a difference.

Today was a public holiday which meant I could spend some time at home sorting out stuff that one never normally gets to as work is always in the way.

Another day with the new aerie.
We spent the morning weighing and doing the weight and balance checks followed by a good hour's labour polishing.
